Questions
Do you upload my label PDFs?
No. The PDFs are read and cut inside your browser. For the print memory, only a one-way code (hash) of each order number is saved, with the ship day and print time. Customer names, addresses and the PDF itself never reach us.
Which labels work?
Amazon (label PDFs with their invoice pages) and Flipkart label PDFs, mixed in one go. Meesho is coming soon.
How does “printed before” work across computers?
The print memory is kept with your account for 30 days, so the office PC, a laptop or your staff all see the same printed / new count.
What happens after the 3-day trial?
You can keep printing with the free version: labels, courier, count, pick list and print memory still work, but the SKU / item details and ship dates are off, and each label carries a Label Crop band below it (never over the barcode). Choose monthly or yearly to turn everything back on and remove the mark. Payment is by UPI Autopay or card through Razorpay.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from “Plan & bills”. You keep printing until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy.
