Terms of Service

These terms apply to Label Crop (labelcrop.wearkynora.in), a service run by the seller (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Label Crop turns shipping-label PDFs from marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho) into print-ready labels, sorts them, makes pick lists, and remembers which labels you printed (“print memory”). The PDFs are read in your own browser.

2. Your account

• Give true details (business name, mobile, email, GSTIN if any). They go on your GST invoices.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• One free trial per person, business and device. Creating extra accounts to get more trials is not allowed and may lead to the accounts being stopped.

3. Free trial and paid plans

• A new account gets a 3-day free trial with every feature. During the trial each printed label carries a small “Printed with Label Crop” line below it.
• After the trial you can keep printing with the free version: the SKU / item details and ship dates are off, and each label carries a Label Crop band below it. A paid plan removes the mark. Basic (₹207 + 18% GST a month, or ₹2,070 + 18% GST a year) has the item name, SKU, pieces box and dates. Pro (₹306 + 18% GST a month, or ₹3,060 + 18% GST a year) adds smart SKU names, the ship date block and the pick list page. The struck-through prices on the website are the planned prices after the launch offer.
• You can move from Basic to Pro any time: Pro starts at once, the unused Basic time is added to it, and the Basic plan stops renewing.
• The mark is printed outside the marketplace label and never covers its barcodes. Removing or hiding the mark by changing the app is not allowed and may lead to the account being stopped.
• Plans renew by themselves through Razorpay (UPI Autopay or card) until you cancel. You can cancel any time; the plan then runs till the end of the period already paid.
• If a renewal payment fails, every feature stays on for 3 days; after that the account moves to the free version until you pay.
• We may change prices with at least 15 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal.

4. Fair use

Do not try to break, overload or copy the service, share one account publicly, or use it for anything unlawful. We may limit or stop an account that does.

5. Your data

See the Privacy Policy. The labels you print and the orders in them remain yours.

6. No guarantee of marketplace rules

Marketplaces change their label formats. We work to keep up, but you must check that every printed label is correct and readable before shipping. We are not responsible for marketplace penalties, lost parcels, or a wrong label printed or shipped.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Ending

You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may stop an account that breaks these terms; if we stop it without such a reason, we refund the unused part of the paid period.

9. Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
