The 3-day trial is free and needs no payment.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Plan & bills in the app. No further payment is taken. Your plan keeps working till the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

• Payments for a period that has started are not refunded, except as below.
• Charged twice for the same period, or charged after cancelling: full refund of the extra payment.
• The service did not work for you for a paid period because of a fault on our side that we could not fix within 7 days of your report: refund of that period.
• Ask within 7 days of the payment, with your registered mobile and the invoice number.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. A credit note is issued against the GST invoice.
